Designing the Exterior

The exterior of your home needs to be both aesthetically pleasing and able to withstand the elements for decades to come. We use only the finest roofing and siding materials, and our team loves building homes that are unique and will stand the test of time. For home additions, our team will make sure the new attachment matches your home’s existing exterior to ensure a cohesive look.

The Construction

After the design process is completed, we will sit down with you to go over a construction timeline for your new home or addition and make sure the design meets and exceeds your expectations. After that, our skilled craftsmen begin construction.

During this process, our construction team will be in consistent contact with you to update you on progress and to answer any questions you have. Since one of the JM Riehl owners will be on site at all times during construction, quality is ensured. Our customers appreciate this and the investment that our team puts into their new homes and additions. After construction is complete, you’ll be able to move into your new space!

The materials you use for your custom new home set up success for not only an efficient build, but a durable finished product that will last you for decades. At JM Riehl, we’re dedicated to providing our clients with the best quality exterior materials. That’s why we mostly use Provia Products for our new home builds. We are a certified installer for their products, including windows, siding, doors, roofing, and stone veneers for your new home.
